Bakare is a Principal Partner and Team Lead in the Property Department of the firm. He has enormous experience in property practice ranging from property acquisition, sales of property, conducting due diligence on the status of property across Nigeria. He has worked for leading real estate companies in Lagos state, Nigeria and his level proficiency has earned him a good reputation. As an astute Property Consultant, he represented Pazino Engineering and Construction Company Limited in a number of Land acquisition across Lagos state and also represented the company in Arbitral proceedings, he was also engaged by Roxbury Homes Limited where he rendered outstanding legal services for the company.
Beyond Property practice, He also has significant experience in the Oil and Gas practice; he has used his expertise in representing clients in the conclusion of oil and gas contracts in Nigeria. He has participated in various energy Law seminars organized by Technical University Berlin, Germany in conjunction with leading Energy companies in Germany (Aleo Solar, GASAG and Aurubis smelting Company).

Some of the unpublished books written by Bakare includes ‘EU Competition Law; Effective instrument at the time of economic prosperity and economic crisis’; ‘The Legality or otherwise of the Nigerian Covid-19 Regulation 2020”; ‘Human Right Law; The efficacy thereof’; and ‘Nigeria Police Force versus Nigerian Revolution Force’.
Bakare attended the prestigious Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti where he obtained his Bachelors of Law (LL. B), he thereafter proceeded to the Nigerian Law School. He underwent his law school externship scheme at Afe Babalola & Co (Emanuel Chambers), Ibadan and was called to the Nigerian Bar. He also has Masters in European and International Energy Law at Technical University Berlin, Germany.
